alphastreams works only in cooperation with your personal caregiver.
Your personal caregiver (“guide”) can be a registered dietitian, pharmacist, physiotherapist or physician.2.
During your office visit, your personal caregiver will provide you with the required alphastreams access code.3.
Following personalization of communication features, you are able to stay in contact with your caregiver allowing for guidance and support during activities of daily living.
Currently alphastreams is available only in a limited number of institutions.
